Janelle brings a results-driven mindset from her experience as a D-1 athlete to digital marketing, blending performance-focused strategies with a people-first approach. She works closely with businesses to refine marketing strategies, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.Â
Along with managing her own portfolio, Janelle also helps lead the client success team, staying on top of account health, reducing churn, all while collaborating with teams to streamline workflows and make day-to-day operations smoother. With a background in psychology, she’s in tune with client needs, knowing when to dive into the details and when to step back and focus on what truly matters. Above all, Janelle values real conversations, setting clear goals, and driving impactful results.
Out of the Office
Janelle grew up in Southern California but has called a few different places home, from Idaho to New Jersey to North Carolina—and more. She’s all about embracing new experiences, meeting new people, and gaining fresh perspectives wherever life takes her. Her background as a D-1 college athlete shaped how she approaches challenges, always with a focus on discipline, adaptability, and growth.
Janelle’s a proud dog mom to Leo, her Shih Tzu sidekick who’s always by her side. When she’s not working, you can find her at a barre class, diving into a good thriller, taking a stroll outdoors, or catching up with family and long-distance friends.
