Outside of work, she loves to spend time with family and friends. You can usually find her at the newest local restaurant in Raleigh, planning her next trip, or simply hanging on the couch watching Bravo and snuggling up to her two cats. Fun fact: when Rachel was living in Wilmington, NC, she would often make extra cash by being an extra on the hit show "One Tree Hill." Look close enough and you can probably catch her in the background of a few episodes!
