As a Digital Advertising Manager at Coalmarch, Rachel’s role centers around managing key client accounts and leading her team to support exceptional digital advertising strategies. On any given day, she’s diving into client data, troubleshooting performance challenges, collaborating with her team to brainstorm innovative solutions, and coaching her direct reports to help them reach their professional goals. Rachel thrives on developing strong, trusting relationships with her clients and direct reports alike.
Rachel started her journey at Coalmarch in 2020 as an entry-level Digital Advertising Analyst. Over the years, she’s advanced to the Digital Advertising Manager position, gaining deep expertise in the field while maintaining a hands-on role with clients. Her passion lies in empowering her team and fostering a culture of growth, support, and collaboration.

When Rachel’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her grabbing an oat milk cortado (or, if she’s in the mood for tea, a London Fog!) at her old stomping grounds, Jubala Coffee. She’s always up for an outdoor adventure, whether that’s strolling around Raleigh’s local lakes, having a picnic at Dorothea Dix Park, or even taking a spontaneous day trip to catch the sunrise in Wilmington, NC. Rachel also loves exploring Raleigh’s restaurant scene with friends or taking a stroll at the North Carolina Museum of Art. While she might not have a green thumb, she enjoys visiting the NC State Farmers Market for fresh flowers and greens to add a little life to her home!
