With more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing, including clients like Macy's and Dick's Sporting Goods, Frank discovered his true passion for empowering small business owners to make smarter, data-driven decisions. What started as a side gig, turned into a Marketing Director position at Triangle Pest Control, where he fine-tuned his expertise in creating tailored marketing strategies that drive tangible results.
In 2016, Frank brought his extensive experience to Coalmarch as the Director of Marketing, where he led the charge in developing innovative lead generation and conversion strategies, helping clients achieve their business goals through cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns.
Fast forward nearly a decade and Frank oversees the day-to-day operations of Coalmarch as Chief Operating Officer, ensuring the company consistently delivers top-notch solutions to clients while maintaining our own financial success. He combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, immersing himself in the intricacies of the home services industry. Frank understands that to truly support our clients, we must know their businesses inside and out. While digital marketing is a passion, Frank is an avid runner with over 20 marathons and ultra-marathons under his belt. If he's not running, he's likely with his family at a swim meet, completing a new house project, or listening to bands you've never heard of. Frank debates whether it's harder having 60+ employees or three young children. The answer fluctuates day to day.
