Meet Alissa Sclafani
Alissa Sclafani is an SEO Analyst who blends technical expertise with a genuine passion for digital marketing. She has always believed that marketing is the driving force behind a company’s growth, which led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Campbell University. Known for her creativity and curiosity, Alissa continually explores new strategies and expands her skillset across technical SEO, content, geoclustering, internal linking, local citations, GBP management, and more. Her dedication to discovering effective solutions ultimately brought her to Coalmarch, where she is excited to help drive meaningful growth for clients.
Alissa’s work approach is rooted in detail and intention, having a hard time giving anything less than her full effort. She’s passionate about SEO because it delivers exactly what people need at the moment they need it, playing a bigger role in everyday life than most people realize. With a strong focus on collaboration, strategy, and cross-team initiatives involving reporting, analytics, and product development, Alissa helps clients strengthen their online presence and succeed in an increasingly search-driven world.
Outside of the office, Alissa enjoys creating new baking recipes and spending time drawing or painting. As a lifelong Carolina Hurricanes fan, she is always going to games and loves being part of the energy in the arena. And when it comes to football, she stays loyal to the New York Jets, and finds herself insisting that “next year will be their year,” every single season. She loves attending paint-and-sip nights with friends, going thrifting for unique finds, and enjoying relaxed days filled with movies and takeout. At home, Alissa also spends plenty of time spoiling her Boston Terrier, Gizmo.
Openness and interaction matter most to me. Working with people who are willing to teach, listen, and truly collaborate just makes everything more enjoyable.
I’ve traveled to about 35 countries. I just love experiencing other cultures firsthand and find it fascinating to see how differently people live in different parts of the world.
A great playlist, getting my favorite iced coffee, and watching Modern Family or an old Adam Sandler comedy.
