Meet Christin Nein

Christin is the VP of Product Management at Coalmarch, where she leads the strategy behind the company’s digital marketing platforms. Over the past decade, she has played a key role in shaping Coalmarch’s product vision by combining hands-on experience with small business owners and a clear understanding of how marketing, operations, and customer service intersect.

She began her career working directly with business owners on marketing strategy, sales operations, call center performance, and workflow improvement. That early experience gave her a close look at the challenges owners face as they grow, support their teams, and generally what it takes to succeed in customer service-driven industries. 

Under her leadership, Coalmarch focuses on clarity, value, and real-world impact - building solutions that help companies stay ahead, work smarter, and make confident decisions in an ever-evolving digital landscape. She believes technology should be a co-pilot, assisting smart people to make significant impacts. 

Outside of work, she spends time hiking with her dog, Fynley, experimenting in the kitchen, and cheering on the Miami RedHawks at hockey games.

What drives your work in product management?

I care about building tools that genuinely help small business owners. They already carry a lot, and the right product can take real weight off their shoulders. Seeing a client gain clarity or finally solve a persistent problem because of something we have built is what motivates me.

What do you enjoy most about partnering with Coalmarch clients?

I like learning how each business operates and what makes them unique. When I understand their daily challenges and routines, I can design solutions that fit naturally into their world instead of forcing them to change their systems to fit our needs. 

How would you describe your approach to product leadership?

I stay close to the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. I listen first, ask questions to get to the root of a problem, and make decisions based on what will bring the most value to customers. My goal is to keep the vision grounded, practical, and focused on results.
