The second Deacon walks into the office, he lights up like he’s arriving at a surprise party thrown just for him. He’s also our resident “human garbage disposal,” proudly committed to keeping the office floor spotless. If a snack crumb dares to fall, Deacon is already on the scene, handling cleanup with the focus of someone who truly loves what they do. Unfortunately, he does have one flaw, with a perpetual habit of falling asleep in meetings once he has heard enough. 

He brings a calm, cheerful presence wherever he goes and a trail of soggy toys. Deacon’s version of success is simple: a room full of coworkers, a steady stream of head pats, and the satisfaction of a job well done. He may be 13, but you’d never guess it from the spark in his eyes or the excitement in his step when he walks into a room.

In short: Deacon is loyal, upbeat, hardworking (except during meetings), and an all-around beloved member of the team.
