Meet Fernando Aviles
Fernando is a Digital Advertising Analyst at Coalmarch who enjoys turning data into real results for clients and spends his days building, optimizing, and refining PPC and Local Services accounts, making sure every campaign is smart, intentional, and moving the needle. He’s known on the team for his curiosity, collaborative mindset, and ability to spot opportunities others might miss.
Since joining Coalmarch in 2022, Fernando has steadily expanded his expertise in paid media, analytics, and platform optimization. He brings a mix of creativity and analytical thinking to every project. Fernando has a strong foundation in digital marketing and analytics. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Elon University, where he also concentrated in digital marketing, marketing analytics, and minored in statistics.
Outside of work, Fernando loves exploring new food spots with his partner, diving into his hobbies, and catching matches from his favorite soccer team, often with way too much emotional investment.
What I enjoy most about my job is seeing the pieces come together, turning ideas and data into something tangible. There’s a real energy in launching a project and watching it perform in the real world. The best part is seeing clients succeed and knowing our work directly contributed to their growth.
I lead with kindness, mindfulness, and empathy in every interaction. I believe strong teamwork comes from listening first, supporting others, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued.
I’m a Lego enthusiast, especially when it comes to Star Wars, though I enjoy building any set I can get my hands on!
