Meet Hensley Sloop
Hensley is an SEO Strategist at Coalmarch, where he leads local SEO strategy, strengthens on-page content, and uncovers growth opportunities for service-based businesses. With a background in local search and years of hands-on experience partnering with business owners to drive measurable results, he’s committed to helping companies grow in competitive markets. He holds a BA in Management and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from East Carolina University.
Outside of the office, you can find Hensley exploring trails at local parks, trying out new breweries and restaurants with friends, curling up with a good book, cheering on his favorite soccer teams, or experimenting with new baking recipes for the office to try.
Getting to think creatively. We're very lucky to work in an age with loads of data on performance, and there's nothing I love more than taking numbers and data points and turning them into out-of-the-box ideas.
I believe in keeping communication open and honest with both clients and teammates. It helps us stay on the same page, work through challenges, and get the best results together.
I'm currently working on faking British citizenship documents so that I can fulfill my lifelong dream of competing on The Great British Bakeoff!
