Jenny is a New Jersey–based member of the Coalmarch team who works fully remote and remains closely involved in all daily activities — whether or not her involvement is requested. She is best known for showing up unannounced during meetings, occupying desks without permission, and asserting her presence at the most inconvenient times.

With a bold personality and very selective listening skills, Jenny takes a hands-on approach to remote work by ensuring that productivity never goes uninterrupted for too long. Her day-to-day responsibilities include attention-seeking, schedule disruption, and reminding everyone that flexibility is not optional.

While her methods may be unconventional, Jenny adds a distinct personality to the Coalmarch workday and plays an important role in keeping things lively, unpredictable, and entertaining — especially from home.
