Meet John Karcher
John joined Coalmarch as a Product Strategist in 2021 and helped our clients implement new technology to aid their growth & efficiency. Now, as Technical Product Manager, John is responsible for overseeing enhancements to all of our products. His time a Coalmarch has allowed him to become proficient in data tracking, updating our various platforms, and discovering new avenues for improving our technology.
John graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He then spent the next few years working for a local lawn care company, and is now motivated to help similar small businesses. John enjoys playing golf, tennis, and watching the Atlanta Falcons.
Problem Solving. Thankfully, I get to do a lot of it. Whether it's discovering the root cause of a technical bug or creating a solution to view data in a way that adds value, I'm happy to help out.
If I see something that can be improved, I need to fix it.
A mentor once told me that no one really knows exactly what they are doing a lot of the time, and that everyone is winging it to a certain extent. I don't know how true that is, but it does highlight that nothing is certain, so we must continue to grow, adapt, and embrace change.
