Kiana Cooper is a Manager on the Client Success team with eight years of experience in digital marketing and client strategy. She started at Coalmarch as an Account Strategist and quickly grew into roles as Senior Strategist, Team Lead, and now People Manager. She’s known for her love of organized systems, clear communication, and helping both clients and teammates feel supported. Before joining the home-services world, Kiana worked as a Project Manager supporting the U.S. FedEx website and marketing team, managing large-scale web development and cross-functional digital initiatives.

Kiana brings a calm, people-first approach to her work and is passionate about turning complex challenges into simple, workable solutions. She loves coaching strategists, improving processes, and helping clients feel confident in their marketing direction.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kiana doing Pilates or yoga, exploring local coffee shops, spending time outdoors, or working on pottery. She once organized a fundraiser that raised $20,000 for veterans’ mental health care—a reflection of her passion for community and well-being.
