Lindzi is an Account Strategist at Coalmarch, where she brings more than a decade of small business ownership and four years of account and project management experience to every client relationship she builds. She approaches her work with an entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes, streamline collaboration, and help clients stay focused on their goals. With strong attention to detail and a people-first style, she values the collaborative environment at Coalmarch and enjoys partnering with business owners to understand their needs and support their long-term success.  

Based in Holland, Michigan, she experiences the perks of living near Lake Michigan’s shoreline and gets her fair share of all four seasons (which can cycle through in one week's time). Outside of work, she can be found attempting to master the juggling act that is marriage, family life, and raising kids, all with their chocolate lab, Winston, in tow.
