Hailing from Philadelphia (Go Birds!), Mark brings the team 10+ years of sales and customer service experience.
With 8+ years at Coalmarch, he is a seasoned pro at collaborating with pest and lawn businesses to learn about their short and long-term goals, analyze their existing marketing strategy and performance, and join forces with the team to develop and implement a holistic strategy – based on data-driven insights. With a focus on building lasting relationships and an emphasis on transparency, Mark is committed to helping clients turn their vision for their business into a tangible strategy to achieve long-term success.
His numerous failed attempts with his own “do-it-yourself” pest control and lawn care have only fueled his respect for the unique challenges these businesses tackle daily, both out in the field and behind the scenes. Outside of the office, you can find Mark hiking the NC trails with his dog, Coop; teeing off on the green (50/50 chance he tops the ball); and trying out all the great restaurants the Raleigh area has to offer!
