Meet Ryan Jacobs

As a proud NC State alum now based in Raleigh, Ryan brings a background in sales, customer service, and marketing alignment to his work. He thrives on starting conversations with home service businesses and building relationships that set the stage for long-term success.

In previous sales roles, Ryan developed a strong foundation in customer engagement and sales strategy. His ability to listen, connect, and align solutions with client needs helps him create meaningful partnerships that support growth and long-term success.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys exploring Raleigh’s trails with his dog, Maple, and making time for the gym. A dedicated soccer fan, he still manages to support Manchester United — despite the heartbreak that comes with it.

What part of your job do you enjoy most?

I love connecting with people in our industry, learning what matters most to them, and sharing marketing advice that helps support their growth.

What’s one skill you’re known for on your team?

I’m known for being a strong communicator and a collaborative teammate. I enjoy helping connect our team with business owners in a way that brings their marketing challenges, goals, and solutions together.

What motivates you personally?

Whether it was sports growing up or a short stint pressure washing in college, I realized pretty early on that what motivates me most is helping make the people around me have a smoother, easier day. That’s what motivates me—and I feel like I’m in the perfect company and role to do exactly that.
