Do you integrate with any third-party online booking platforms?
We don’t currently offer direct API integrations with e-booking platforms. However, we’ve built solutions that make it easy to connect your website to systems like ServiceBot and Click to Buy. With ServiceBot in particular, we provide full tracking and reporting so you can see how users are converting in your booking tool and where leads are coming from, directly on your Coalmarch Marketing Dashboard. It’s a seamless way to give customers the convenience they want while ensuring you maintain insight into performance.
What integrations do we offer (and can you integrate with my CRM)?
Our platform supports a set of carefully vetted integrations to ensure reliability, accuracy, and value for our clients. These include:

Do you integrate with other CRMs (like FieldRoutes or HubSpot)?
No—we only integrate with WorkWave CRMs (PestPac, SalesCenter, and ServiceAssistant5). These CRMs are industry leaders, and through our strategic partnership with Workwave, we have direct API access to connect with your CRM at no additional charge to you. Direct access matters because it means your data flows smoothly without depending on third-party “middlemen” like Zapier. While platforms like Zapier can create quick connections, they often introduce instability, limited functionality, and added risk. By focusing on WorkWave CRMs, we can provide deeper, more reliable integrations that truly support your business operations.
Can I add live chat, call tracking, or other tools?
Yes—you have options. Our platform offers a direct integration with CallTrackingMetrics for reliable call tracking and reporting. Beyond that, we can add tracking scripts, such as Meta Pixel, to support your marketing efforts. If you’d like to use live chat or similar features, we can also embed those third-party modules directly onto your site.
